Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Reservations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night charge.

2. Peak Season Bookings

Peak season reservations require 7 days notice for cancellation. Late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 50% of the total booking value.

3. Group Bookings

Group bookings have special cancellation terms. Please contact our reservations team for detailed information.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, special cancellation terms may apply.
